BRAWO® Pico: light curing in the house and in buildings – Rehabilitation of small pipes from one access point!

The system provider BRAWO® SYSTEMS developed the unlocking of the intelligent LED head on its BRAWO® Pico light curing system for in-house renovation further. This makes even simpler and smarter rehabilitation possible on the often difficult construction sites inside buildings. Together with the new BRAWO® UVPox epoxy resin, the two form an unbeatable team for a quick, efficient and easy rehabilitation process.

BRAWO® Pico is the first system specifically for use in very small diameter waste water pipes. It ensures fast, reliable and, above all, smart light curing for small nominal diameters from DN 50. In order to make rehabilitation even easier, the experts from BRAWO® SYSTEMS developed the intelligent LED head on the system by adding a coupling for remote pneumatic unlocking. This makes monitored and controlled unlocking possible using a compressed air valve from an access point. The advantages of rehabilitation in a closed construction, without opening walls and ceilings as well as without chiselling work, are thus exploited to the maximum. Both the high installation safety and the usual high quality of BRAWO® Tech, the brand for high-quality rehabilitation equipment, is guaranteed.

BRAWO® Pico and BRAWO® UVPox – An unbeatable team

BRAWO® UVPox is the first pigmented light-curing epoxy resin, which can be used for innovative curing with UV and LED light in conjunction with the BRAWOLINER®. Additional work steps, such as the installation of a liner end or a connection collar, are no longer absolutely necessary. An almost endless processing time guarantees a high level of installation reliability and a targeted control of rapid curing by light. BRAWO® UVPox rounds off the smart light curing range provided by BRAWO® SYSTEMS. Together with the BRAWO® Pico for the diameter range DN 50 to DN 100, the BRAWO® UVPox epoxy resin forms an unbeatable team in smart light curing.
