As part of a pilot project, the new light-curing rehabilitation system BRAWO® Remote LC was successfully used in Blieskastel under real conditions. In cooperation with the company König Kanaltechnik from Wadgassen, the new product was demonstrated to the complete satisfaction of all parties involved.
Technological background: Simple, secure and efficient!
The BRAWO® Remote LC is a system that allows connection pipes to be rehabilitated directly from the main sewer. This can be done entirely without digging and without having to enter private property.
At the heart of the system is a patented deflection elbow, which is available in several sizes and is designed for standard main sewer sizes DN 200 to DN 300 and connection pipes DN 100 to DN 150. The liner is precisely inverted into the connection pipe using a camera and compressed air push rods. Curing is carried out using LED light with the BRAWO® Magnavtiy sx.
The modular system also includes the BRAWO® Drum 4.0 with a side lock for lighting technology, a reusable AIRBAGLINER and the light-reactive resins BRAWO® UVPox51 or BRAWO® LR.
Baustellenbedingungen
The rehabilitation work took place at a construction site on Pfeifferfelder Straße in Blieskastel. The project was carried out as a joint venture between the engineering firm H+P GmbH from Merchweiler, DIRINGER & SCHEIDEL ROHRSANIERUNG GmbH & Co. KG, Dillingen branch, and KÖNIG Kanaltechnik GmbH for the town of Blieskastel. In the presence of representatives of the town of Blieskastel, including Ulf Weisgerber and Peter Pusse, the rehabilitation process was demonstrated on a real house connection from the main sewer. The newly developed BRAWO® Remote LC impressed with its fast, clean implementation and technical reliability.
Advantages of the system used
The BRAWO® Remote LC from BRAWO® SYSTEMS impresses with its high precision and efficient application. This system allows pipe bends of up to 90° to be renovated remotely without the need for excavation – and without any construction work on private property. The fast and economical execution makes the process ideal for time-critical projects. In addition, the technology is compatible with existing BRAWO® SYSTEMS products, ensuring flexible and cost-efficient integration into existing workflows.
Conclusion
Those responsible for the project at König Kanaltechnik, the town of Blieskastel and the engineering firm in charge were unanimously enthusiastic about the new BRAWO® Remote LC system. It could be used without any problems with the light-curing technology already familiar to König Kanaltechnik, and the renovation was completed smoothly.
